The National Conference is to examine the first steps in the establishment of National Rural Network which is a part of Rural Network and LEADER Project, a joint initiative of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forests and the United Nations Development Programme, in partnership with the Foundation for Local Government Reform. The presentations and discussions will be within two sessions - first entitled European and national legal context and policies for rural development and second, The National Rural Network. Representatives of European Commission Directorate General for Agriculture and Rural Development, Ministry of Agriculture and Forests, Foundation for Local Government Reform, UNDP and  Rural Network and LEADER  Project will participate.
